The Mynaal products displayed on this Site may be available through this Site or at select Mynaal retail stores in the United Arab Emirates and foreign markets. However, Mynaal cannot guarantee that the products appearing on this Site will be available through this Site or at every authorized Mynaal retailer; availability and selection are subject to supply. All product descriptions, specifications, colors, and prices are subject to change by Mynaal at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in designated currency, which is in customer’s local currency in most cases. For any order under these Terms, the language available for the conclusion of a contract is English only, which language shall be controlling in all respects. Furthermore, all communications and notices made or given pursuant to an International order shall be in the English language exclusively.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Notice to U.A.E Residents
Under UAE jurisdiction, residents are required to abide by specific consumer laws, including:
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
