U.A.E. Orders: We offer one-time free returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging.
You may exchange items via courier with no shipping charge. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, any remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have all original hangtags, tickets, tags, and/or labels attached.
International Orders: For international orders, We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please note that our size guide is not a guarantee of fit, and colors may vary from what is pictured due to photography and lighting. During promotions of sale on sale, all previously-reduced sale items are final sale.

Please allow 2-5 days for returns or exchanges to be processed upon receipt in our Returns Center.
Returns that are shipped without being processing through our Returns Portal will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
Refunds: Card Payments
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refunds: Gift Card Used as Full or Partial Payment
All returned orders that have been paid using a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card used to place the order.
All split tender payments will receive a refund first to the gift card used to pay and then to the credit card.
