UAE Shipping
Orders placed before 12 PM GST will be processed 1-2 days from the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 12 PM GST will be processed 1-2 days from the day after the order was placed. Delivery is free for all orders over AED 100. Otherwise, delivery is AED 15. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days. For regions outside city limits, it might take a few more days.
You can return your product up to 30 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed, or damaged.
International Shipping
- Shipping takes 7 to 14 business days.
- International shipments are picked up Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- MYNAAL does not charge or collect taxes or duties for international orders. If applicable, it will be charged by the courier at the time of delivery.
